Based on our experience over many years of successfully coaching thousands of people, we have realised that no matter what happens, life continues. The bills keep rolling in, the mortgage payments still need to be paid, and life does not stop. As a result, financial management is crucial for our entire lives particularly during the tough times when we really need it. To achieve your financial goals and objectives there must be a fully invested commitment in your Financial Coaching Program. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on coaching services.

We know that without a coach success is limited and people rarely achieve their potential.

There will be an opportunity to renew the program each year and we have found that most people do continue because the benefits far outweigh the fee and small investment of time. Ongoing coaching is highly recommended for the same reason that sporting teams and athletes have a coach.

Therefore, in our Coaching Service Agreement we ask you to acknowledge that financial coaching should be viewed as a long-term commitment in order to experience long-term success. Our experience has shown that when people are fully committed and follow the program, they have great results.
